Since 2005, I have worked with many different client issues including relationship challenges, stress management, communication skills, boundary setting, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, navigating life transitions, and personal growth. My way of working is to help clients cultivate their own healing resources.
I use mindfulness, cognitive behavioral tools, and experiential modes of practice in a warm and supportive setting. I am EMDR trained and use this mode of treatment to help clients recover from trauma. I have a deep respect for how vulnerable one might feel having taken the step to seek help and therefore am very conscious of letting clients set the pace of the healing work.
