Don’t allow others to tell you what is right for you; only you can decide.
Take care of yourself after the hurt of infidelity
Drink water. Get nourishment as you can. Try to sleep. Find trustworthy support from a good listener who won’t tell you what’s best for you. Call your doctor or mental health specialist if you need additional support.
Infidelity hurts, but you can recover
Although infidelity hurts like nothing else, you CAN get through it. Human beings are strong and resilient, and you can find healing and joy in your life again.
